1. Digital products

Our main products (online course, study app, and downloadable PDF guides) are digital goods delivered instantly.

Because of their nature:

• Refunds are not granted once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content.

• By completing a purchase, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered.

2. EU/UK customers (14-day right of withdrawal)

Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days.
However, by purchasing our products and accessing the digital content immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you lose this right of withdrawal.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases (accidental double payment).

• Technical issues on our side that prevent access to the course or app, and which we are unable to resolve.

4. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If any subscription-based service is offered in the future:

• You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
